250g raspberries, semi-frozen,6tbsp light cranberry juice drink,40g dark chocolate chips,100g blueberries,250g fat-free vanilla yogurt,You’ll also need,8 plastic cups,8 lolly sticks
Whiz 175g of the raspberries in a food processor until smooth. Tip into a mixing bowl, then stir in the remaining whole raspberries along with the cranberry juice, chocolate chips and blueberries.,Add the yogurt to the raspberry mixture and stir to combine, then divide among the plastic cups. Alternatively, add the raspberry mixture and yogurt to the cups separately in layers, then gently swirl through with a skewer. Freeze for 1 hr 30 min or until slushy.,Push the lolly sticks into the centre of each lollipop, then return to the freezer for 4 hr or until solid.,When ready, carefully remove the plastic cups and serve.
